Arrow breaking is a herculean way to reclaim your personal power! There is something about putting an arrow to your throat, and then breaking it, that makes you feel invincible!! This 60 minute workshop is about limiting beliefs, how they hold us back, and how to begin breaking them. Even if you choose not to break your own arrow, watching others do so is mentally liberating. This workshop is designed for 4 people and includes a celebratory bottle of wine (red or white) at the end of the session. Additional people can be added for $40/person, up to 10 people (This offer of wine is not included for Rocky Mountaineer workshop)
