Right and wrong. Good and bad. Pleasure. Suffering. Happiness. Boredom. Those are all just labels attached by your brain to give meaning to that which you are experiencing. Even the story you have about who you are as a person, is often the result of your Ego and your brain colluding together to control how you “see” yourself.

Sounds like a lot to process, right? No worries, because after that we move on to the literal fun & games! By combining deep introspective detective work with a sense of playfulness and creative problem solving, we stimulate both sides of the brain and begin building new neurological pathways.
